Return and Refund Policy

1. Return and Refund Period

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods to request a
return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility and Conditions

Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused and with the original packaging intact.

3. How to return the goods

To initiate a return of goods, please follow the steps below: Contact the customer support team at alvis@maruperallyteam.com, call us or send a WhatsApp message to +371 26585793 to request a return; Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to
return and the reason for the return; Once the return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product(s) back to us.

4. Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect. The returned product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.


5. Unclaimed Shipments

If the item is not collected from the parcel machine within the specified time, the buyer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the item, excluding delivery costs.

6. Exclusion of Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds may be excluded if the item has been used or damaged upon receipt.

7. Return or Exchange Processing

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you whether the returned item is accepted or rejected for further processing of the return or exchange.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made within 5-7 business days.
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
In the event of an exchange, we will send you the replacement items once the original returned items have been received and inspected.

will work with you to resolve the issue immediately by offering an exchange or refund.
